With a background in brand marketing, strategy consulting, and commercial & product management, and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia, Michael Sinclair brings 25 years of global experience to Elevate Solutions Group. Michael uses his understanding of market dynamics, customer perceptions, and internal & competitive strengths to lead new project expansion including client and technology development.

During his career, Michael has been a CMO several times, a partner with a Brand Strategy consulting firm, Marketing Director with CIBA Vision (Alcon), and helped dozens of companies transform their marketing into a competitive force and driver of business results.  He has worked with companies such as Avery Dennison, Bristol-Myers Squibb, ConAgra Foods, Dow Chemical, Hill’s Pet Nutrition, Mölnlycke Healthcare, ShelfGenie, Suunto, U.S. Kids Golf and Vodafone to elevate marketing into a company-wide discipline.


With a diverse functional background including roles in Finance & Accounting, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Project Management and a degree in Finance from the University of Maryland, Mike Shippel brings a broad knowledge base to running Elevate Solutions Group.  While he oversees all company functions and financial governance, Michael enjoys working directly with clients on a day-to-day basis.

Over the course of his distinguished career, Mike worked with CIBA Vision (Alcon) as well as CPG companies such as Under Armour, Unilever, American Greetings, Coca-Cola, Vitamin Water, Ames True Temper, Fiskar’s Brands, Coats & Clark, Campbell’s, Pepperidge Farm, Sara Lee, Garmin, Novartis, and Johnson & Johnson. He has also worked with retailers such as Home Depot, Target, Best Buy, AT&T Wireless, Staples, Office Depot, Hobby Lobby, Menard’s and Dick’s Sporting Goods.
